5 Ways To Practice Gratitude
With Thanksgiving just around the corner, most of us reflect on what we’re thankful for. Being grateful doesn’t have to be just a once a year interest, there are many ways to give thanks, be grateful, and feel gratitude year round. The best part about it? Being grateful has health benefits that range from better sleep to increased self-esteem.

Tip #1: Start A Gratitude Journal
Grab a fresh notebook and your favorite pen and write down what you are grateful for every day. It doesn’t have to be anything grandiose -- it can be as simple as “I’m grateful for food to eat today.” A gratitude journal reminds us of what’s good in life and helps us keep those things top of mind.
Tip #2: Send A Thank You Note
Who doesn’t like to get a note of thanks? Whether it’s a handwritten note or an email, send a note to someone who has done something nice for you lately and express your gratitude. Even just remembering to say thank you to people who do things for you goes a long way.
