The CaredFor team has been busy working on several new features that will give us unprecedented insight into how users are engaging with the app. This tool shows us dozens of data points we can collect and share, enabling us to help programs be more successful.
Recently we began digging into days of the week and specific times during the day where users are logging onto the app. We see that Tuesdays between 2:00pm and 4:00pm have the most engagement during the week. Treatment centers may want to target these times of the day to post new content or create awareness about an upcoming alumni event. In the future, there may also be ways to target users who are logging on during the early morning hours to see if they may be in crisis.
Our platform becomes more powerful as we continue to gather de-identified engagement data to help programs improve outcomes, increase referrals and enhance the overall experience post treatment.
